Making an appointment with Dr. Johnston turned out to be the best decision of my life! Over the years, I have had many unpleasant experiences with other dental offices and was about to give up when I called Dr. Johnston’s office. First and foremost to me, a very friendly lady answered the phone and made an appointment for my husband. I sent him as the guinea pig. He came home saying “you won’t believe how nice these people are!” So then, I felt it was safe for me to go. I went. Apprehensive. Scared to death. Beverly (the nice lady who had answered the phone) was the first face I saw – beautiful, kind, friendly, and had a smile and personality that instantly put me at ease. Great – I had made it over the first and worst hurdle. Then I met Chris – sweet, kind, friendly too. I couldn’t believe it! Dr. Johnston came in next and my anxiety level shot sky high. But as soon as he started speaking, his calm manner and soft voice put me at ease again. He was so nice. Taking time to talk to me and making sure I was comfortable. Sammie who was with me for my first procedure patted my shoulder and arm. She’s my new best friend. And I’m so thankful that she was with me for every procedure after that.

Now I have a beautiful smile and I can’t thank everyone enough!

I have been going to Dr. Johnston for about ten years and I have never been to a dentist that cares more for his patients than he does. I have complete confidence in Dr. Johnston and his staff.

I have for a number of years had a problem with snoring. My wife complained about not being able to sleep because of it. Dr. Johnston fitted me with a TAP device that has worked well. This device does not interfere with my sleep. It is not uncomfortable to wear, and it works.

Dr. Johnston and staff were very professional and personal. I always felt I was visiting friends as well as visiting my dentist. Dr Johnston explained every detail to me. When I left his office, I was confident he had explained my problem and fixed it. I am able to eat better and I smile a lot more.

Sometimes I would feel my procedure took more time than I thought it should. But when everything started to work, I understood why so much time was involved. I was always very comfortable with Dr. Johnston. I never felt inferior when we talked. His staff is very sweet and caring. Keep up the good work.

Dr. Johnston and his team has provided me with excellent dental care for a number of years. He and his team have handled my dental problems in a courteous and professional manner. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Johnston and his staff.

I had neglected my teeth and gums for many years. A friend highly recommended Dr. Johnston to me. He explained everything that needed to be done in different stages, saving some of my teeth. My teeth were in very poor condition. They were uncomfortable and unattractive to look at which made me feel so very self conscious to smile. Because I have always been terrified of going to the dentist, it was not easy to make the first step of just making a phone call.

Once I arrived, Dr. Johnston changed all that. He wasn't judgmental at all and his sensitivity to my fear really put me at ease. I used the sedation medication during my appointments, and I was able to get my teeth fixed, something I believed would never happen. Then the other day before my appointment I realized that I wasn't even slightly worried about it. I knew Dr. Johnston would make sure the process was easy for me, so much that I've had work done without needing sedation anymore.

Dr. Johnston made a new partial for me. My old one never fit, and I used it very little. I was skeptical when Dr. Johnston said that he could make one to fit differently and would make every adjustment necessary in order for it to feel good. He did! And it has been 100% satisfactory. I recommend anyone needing a partial denture because he can do an excellent job.

My whole time coming to Dr. Johnston has been great. His staff treated me with utmost respect and kindness. And everyone acts just as they are, professionals! The crown work Dr. Johnston did is perfect and I would recommend him to others.

This is the third partial denture I've had and the only one that fits and that I've worn. Excellent and friendly staff. Good work Dr. Johnston.
